Dr. M. Tauh BSc. MD, FRCSC

Obstetrics & Gynecology

Dr. Mangi Tauh comes from a humble background. Her mother has had no formal education, but growing up, education was felt to be the key to success.

Dr. Tauh finished her Bachelor of Science and Education degrees from the University of The South Pacific. She was involved in adult education and was part of the curriculum development in Mathematics in Fiji.

She migrated to Canada in 1981.

Dr. Tauh went back to school in Saskatchewan and taught Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Programming at the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology. She was involved in Adult education at The University of Regina for a few years.

She had a career change when her children were young; she had her medical degree and specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology from The University of Saskatchewan. She worked in Saskatchewan, as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist and moved to Alberta about 15 years ago. She has been involved in giving talks in Contraception and Vulvovaginal Health to other Health Care Professionals. She is continuing to practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology having a special interest in menopausal years.
